What you'll do:

  • You will take ownership of design execution within project teams, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences and business value.
  • This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on project design work.
  • End-to-End Design: Take projects from initial wireframes to developer-ready designs.
  • User-Centric Products: Create intuitive and easy-to-use designs with attention to details, ensuring design excellence.
  • Design with AI: Use AI tools in your daily design work — from research synthesis and copy drafting to concept exploration and prototyping. Experiment with new tools, test what actually speeds up the work, and share your findings with the team.
  • Systematic Design: Utilize component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, emphasizing strong communication.
  • Facilitate Discovery: Participate in conducting design workshops and discovery sessions to define project scope and rationale.
  • Articulate Design Decisions: Clearly present and explain design choices and thought processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support Sales & Client Relations: Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to translate business goals into UX strategy and demonstrate the value of UX/UI to clients.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry best practices and emerging UX/UI trends, ensuring our design approach stays innovative.

Who you are (requirements):

  • You are a proactive designer ready to take the next step in your career.
  • You have 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
  • You have a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to execute high-quality design solutions.
  • You have hands-on experience with prototyping, wireframing, and usability testing.
  • You have experience in running or supporting client workshops and discovery sessions.
  • You understand business objectives and know how to align UX efforts with measurable outcomes.
  • You possess Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 level). You participate comfortably in meetings and workshops conducted in English.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and proactively take initiative, solve problems, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • You are curious about AI in design. You already use AI tools in your process and you can explain where they help and where they don't.

Must-Have Tools:

  • Figma, our core design tool.
  • Mural for facilitating workshops and collaboration.

 

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • User research methodologies – experience in conducting user testing and gathering insights.
  • HotJar & Maze, knowledge of these tools for user behavior analytics and testing.
  • Experience working with sales and business teams to advocate for UX and help win projects.
  • Experience designing for IoT products, interfaces for connected devices, dashboards for sensor or telemetry data, or apps that control physical hardware.

What we'd like to see:
